Its location in the area was perfect, with a supermarket and shopping options right in front. The room was spacious and elegant, providing enhanced comfort. Despite a few minor inconveniences, our stay at Novo Coapa was enjoyable. The room was cleaned and well-maintained throughout our visit, and the location was superb, with shopping areas within walking distance. We found the shower to be great and the bed comfortable. we would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

One downside was the lack of cleanliness in the room, with dirty sheets and a poorly cleaned bathroom. the Internet connection was poor and unreliable.
